Return & Exchange Policy
At Lederhosens For Men, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for store credit or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Returns are not accepted for orders placed with multiple sizes to test fit. A proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Conditions
- Free items are not eligible for size exchange
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours
- No refunds for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return within 14 days
- Customers are responsible for duties and taxes, if applicable
- A 20% transaction fee applies to all refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after approval
