Damaged or Incorrect Items Policy

We offer returns within 14 days only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Size exchanges are not available for free shirts. Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase.

Customers must ensure correct shipping details, as we cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. While we assist in resolving carrier issues, we are not responsible for losses caused by shipping companies.

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer exchanges, store credit, or discount coupons as an alternative solution.
