Size Exchange & Refund Policy

At Lederhosen for Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you require a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition. Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Our standard shipping time is 18–25 business days. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as refunds cannot be issued for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. In certain cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative solution.
